The NWH Group support Children 1st in outstanding efforts.

The NWH Group, a leading waste management company, is proud to announce the success so far of their staff members in raising funds for the charity Children 1st through their anticipated participation in the Edinburgh Half Marathon. The team's incredible training efforts have not only raised funds for a worthy cause but also brought together the staff in a fantastic display of teamwork and community spirit on the run up to this challenge.  

On a the Sunday morning of the 28th of May 2023, members of the NWH Groups team will gather at the starting line of the Edinburgh Half Marathon, eager to begin their 13.1-mile challenge. Despite the early start and challenging route, each member of the team is determined to complete the race to raise funds for Children 1st. 

The NWH Group team's hard work and dedication is paying off, as they have already raised a significant sum of money for Children 1st, a charity that provides essential support for vulnerable children and families across Scotland. This support includes a range of services, from family support to counselling and therapy services, all aimed at improving the lives of children and their families. 

The NWH Group's Chief Executive Mark Williams, expressed his pride and admiration for the team's efforts, saying: "I am incredibly proud of our team members who will run the Edinburgh Half Marathon in support of Children 1st.
