NWH Group appoints Chief Information Officer

We have appointed Andrew Baker as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”).

In this newly created role, Andrew will lead the operational finance team as well as overseeing IT and the management of all company projects and innovation.

Critically, Andrew will be spearheading a project that will ultimately result in the complete digitalisation of The NWH Group’s customer journey, to transform reporting and laying the foundations for a process that is completely paper-free to support the business, and its customers, on the journey to net zero. The aim is to deliver full visibility of orders, tracking, invoices, and all other transactional processes that might previously have been delivered offline, ensuring an easy, efficient, secure and environmentally-friendly solution.

Andrew has already worked with the Groups CTO to lead the complete integration of NWH’s two main operational platforms to ensure the smoothest customer journey, an efficient process throughout, and ease of communication.
