What is it like to work for the NWH Group? 

Lee: “The staff, whether in Dumfries or at our other locations, are fantastic team players – always helpful. NWH is always keen to develop their staff with training to get the best out of them.”  

If our company culture were a show or a movie, what would it be? 

Lee: “If our company culture were a TV show or movie, it would be Still Game – a nod to our Great Scottish Friendly banter.”

In your opinion, what is the unofficial motto that everyone seems to follow? 

Lee: “A good team is a greater action.”   

What is your favourite thing about working at the Dumfries site? 

Lee:  “The team we have in the depot. Everyone is always helping one another, which in turn makes our customers happy.”  

Do you have any secret top tips when it comes to service delivery? 

Lee: “Always look for solutions!”
