Meet Daniel Moczynski, Our Head of HR

At the NWH Group, Daniel Moczynski is the go-to person for all things people-related. With his corporate background and down-to-earth personality, he’s the perfect mix of professional expertise and approachable leadership. We sat down with Daniel to find out more about what makes him—and the NWH Group’s culture—tick.

What’s it like working for NWH Group?
Daniel:
"Coming from a corporate background, I’m used to being just another face in a sea of employees. Here, it’s completely different. Everyone genuinely cares for and respects one another. The Managing Director and co-owners personally introduce themselves to every team member, and anyone can reach out to them directly if needed.

We have employees with long service, which says a lot about our culture. While we’re competitive on pay, our real strength is the strong, lasting culture we’ve built. You can copy products and services, but you can’t copy a culture—it takes years to build. That’s our competitive edge.”

If NWH Group’s culture were a movie or TV show, what would it be?
Daniel:
“The Avengers! It’s all about diverse individuals coming together to achieve a common goal. None of us are superheroes, but we’re a strong, united team.

Last year, when we tragically lost our CEO, the way the team supported one another was incredible. I’ll never forget coming back from holiday to be with everyone. Seeing people overcome their heartbreak and keep going showed the strength of our culture.”
