His wife, Nicola, who stood by him through every challenge, gave birth to their son, baby Mark, in the months following his passing. This bittersweet moment marked a new chapter in the Williams family, as Nicola introduced their son to a world forever shaped by Mark’s legacy.

To honour his memory and provide a place for reflection, the NWH Group is proud to announce the opening of a memorial garden. This serene space will serve as a permanent reminder of Mark’s contributions, allowing his colleagues a quiet place to remember his legacy and the profound impact he had on us all.
