At the NWH Group, our Appreciation Days are a meaningful way to foster collaboration and strengthen the bonds between departments. Recently, Craig Williams, our Executive Director, spent a day with the Marketing team to gain a closer understanding of their work and the strategies driving NWH's exposure and impact.

The day kicked off with a strategic discussion between Craig and Liliana Kamaka, NWH’s Head of Marketing. They explored the team’s goals, the multi-channel approach to communication, and how these efforts align with the company’s mission to educate clients on sustainability. From social media campaigns to industry events, Liliana walked Craig through the processes that ensure the NWH brand resonates with clients and reflects the company's core values.
