Location- Edinburgh/Glasgow

Salary- £24,000 - £26,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus

Job description-

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Executive to manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of inbound and outbound new business opportunities in order to deliver profitable revenue growth for our business.
The role will involve managing and influencing the buying patterns of our inbound and outbound client base. You must possess the drive to accomplish “on plan” sales through strong telesales activities and processes.

Salary between £24,000 - £26,000 plus un-capped monthly bonus.

• Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business across Scotland & The North East to meet set targets.
• Achieving and exceeding quarterly / annual new business targets
• Managing an active prospect list
• Reporting calls, leads, quotes and contract activity on to the Company Operating System
• Be the primary interface between The NWH Group and our target audience.

Requirements
Here’s what we require:

• Proven track record in I&C waste sales
• Consistent over achiever of targets
• History of over achievement in new business sales.
• Articulate, confident and assertive.
• You will have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, demonstrating a strong 'can do' attitude towards business development.
• You will be tenacious, resilient, determined to succeed and prepared to 'go that extra mile' to win our customer's commitment towards a lasting and profitable partnership.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong Commercial background and awareness
• Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively.
• Solid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
• Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, however A-Levels or a Degree would be welcomed.
• A keen interest in waste legislation and the recycling sector

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
