Behind the scenes the HR Team here at NWH have been gearing up to ensure we have the employee resource to meet the exciting and continual growth that The NWH Group strive for year on year.
Our recruitment day in October was a great success, which gave us a fabulous opportunity to meet with potential drivers and speak with them about our driving roles and working for The NWH Group across all depots. We made a number of job offers to candidates who attended the recruitment day, and many further hires resulting from our online campaigns. It’s great to see the variety in experience of our new starts, which will help diversify our workforce further, ensuring we continue to have a skilled, committed and versatile workforce.
However, we continue to grow and we have a number of new contracts in the pipeline this year, so our Driver Recruitment campaigns are still very much active. There are a range of driving roles on offer, including Tippers, Skips, Road Sweepers, Volumetrics, Artics and Trade Waste vehicles. We are still inviting applications from drivers of all experience levels for a growing number of positions available from March. . Alongside recruiting for our frontline driver roles, we have also made some fantastic additions to our other operational divisions, such as Sales, Finance, Payroll and the Workshop.
